How do I purchase an item?
There are two ways an item can be purchased. You can use vendor shopping cart
links if they are provided on their group buy or product listing, or you can
use our shopping cart links. Some vendors will also provide a paypal.com link
for purchasing. Regardless of which method you choose, your order is processed
by the vendor directly. GroupBuyCenter.com doesn't take your money or ship your
items, you purchase from the vendor directly through GroupBuyCenter.com as the
marketplace.
How do I join a group buy?
To join a group buy, use the Join Now link or button on the Group Buy you are
interested in joining. When you join, you tell the vendor how interested you
are in buying, so they can gauge how many buyers they have. At some point you
will be contacted by the vendor, when they have the number of required buyers,
and can process your orders at that time. You are not committed to making your
purchase, and can exit the group buy at anytime.
Who do I contact when I'm ready to place my order for a
group buy?
If you want to place your order on the phone, you would contact the vendor who
has the group buy or product you are interested in. Each vendor may specify
order instructions.
How do I edit my participation in a group buy?
Use the DashBoard page to change your
participation in any group buy you may have joined.
I ordered something but I am having problems getting my
order.
The vendor you received your order will be able to answer any questions about
you order. If you are unable to contact the vendor, please contact us and we'll
try to assist.
